A: The product does not require refrigeration, it can stay at room temperature.  But if for personal preference one prefers the glaze cold it is not a problem to store in the fridge.

A: No, it doesn't! Neither once it opens

**Q: does the label say this contains high fructose corn syrup?**
A: Ingredients: balsamic vinegar of Modena 75% (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), cooked grape must, glucose syrup, modified corn starch. Gluten-free. Contains sulfites.

**Q: What is the nutritional content of this glaze?**
A: I have no idea. I really don't even remember buying this. Several years ago I started buying my Olive Oils and Basaltic Vinegars at the  " Olive Tap " in Ankeny Iowa. Great products and will continue to buy from them even though I live 3.5 hours away.
