It needs replacing. What is the difference between this and standard one?** A: I would use the regular bobbin case unless you had a special circumstance. I have had great success with the regular case doing free motion quilting. I know of a free motion instructor who has a Janome and says that the regular bobbin case is just fine. I've been occasionally buying the odd accessory or presser foot for my new sewing machine while they are available.
