Beautiful photos, clear instructions with lots of photos, interesting information on each fly and the authors life plus codes to scan that will take you directly to YouTube videos showing you exactly how to tie each fly. I just started tying flies a couple of months ago and was afraid these would be something beyond my experience but each fly I've tried so far has turned out beautifully. What a boost to a new fly tiers ego! Highly recommend this book for any fly tier - beginner to expert! PS - be sure to watch the video that gives a tour of his fly tying room - now there's something to aim for. LOVE THIS BOOK!!!

Looking through this book is not only informative but the photography is a feast for the eyes as well. Beautiful photos, clear instructions with lots of photos, interesting information on each fly and the authors life plus codes to scan that will take you directly to YouTube videos showing you exactly how to tie each fly.
