I consider the service and product to be excellent! I followed the directions and let the bag with crayfish float in the pond for about 20 minutes for the temperature to equilibrate. I then transferred them to a temporary 10 gallon holding trough that I oxygenated with a small portable pump. My plan was to transfer them via bucket to 10 different locations at the pond, where I had pile rocks in the water to provide a habitat and give them some cover to hide from the raccoons and bass. Four feet the water is fairly stable. the fish will go to that depth and semi-hibernate. The Crayfish also hibernate.
