I tried a lot of the IC recommended supplements to help relieve pain, but none ever worked until I found this aloe vera plus. I still have flare ups of IC, but when I do, I take this and I can usually count on it relieving about 80% of the pain. I still avoid most IC trigger foods, but I can definitely say that this has been huge in helping my pain. I have a long way to go with my IC as I still have very frequent urination (I find the aloe doesn't help with this), but it is so much improved compared to my starting point. I think the number one piece of data I could give you that attests to my faith in this product is that I have bought it 48 times over the last 1.5 years. If they ever discontinue it, I don't know what I would do!
