I was drinking a whole bottle two times in one day. I started feeling sleepier and sleepier, and weaker and weaker. My balance was off as I walked and my back hurt. I got a dry thirsty taste in my mouth after drinking a lot of the water. My thinking became foggy and I had a hard time remembering words. I'm not drinking water from this bottle any more. I realized I was over-dosing. If it helps you, more power to you, just beware, it's not a blanket benefit as they say. Many of us don't need extra copper. If we're eating good, we have enuf. A mineral analysis from your hair can reveal that; they're about $100 on the net. I'll use it for a flower vase, I do like the looks of it.
