Highly recommend using hand wraps and focusing on wrist support with these gloves, these do have wrist support - but not the sort of premium wrist support that you'd find in the bigger budget gloves with fancy hook-loop systems.Good choice for any female trying to get into fitness boxing. Has a nice pop sound when doing mitt work and bag work.The foam is a bit soft however, and for more serious bag work knuckles could potentially punch through the foam - would recommend possibly gel based protection.
