My family takes this at first sign of flu or cold. And we followed the instructions on the box and online, and it's basically dissolve one ampule under the tongue 3 times a day for approximately 5 days or to go a full day Beyond when symptoms disappear. we also use it for fall allergies In which we would just use about a third of an ampule at night for about a week. And it 's surprising how allergy symptoms feel Less troublesome after a day or two. Each dose is an ample or an individual container full of very small pearl, like bits of medicine that dissolve under your tongue and are a little bit like sugary candy. You don't need water to take them. I've read a lot of the thousands of reviews, and it seems people who use these regularly love them and theres a lot of negative comments too which I don't understand because my family has purchased this product for years. And we wouldn't do that If it didn't work for us.
