Found it very useful on holiday France / Belgium / Luxembourg last year. The majority of sites were reversed and needed the converter. **Q: Hi does this fit between my existing electric and campsite in France I am in a tent** A: It is used as an adaptor to go between your UK hook up and the French supply in the event that the site uses reverse polarity. You have to use the tester to see if there is reverse polarity first as not all French camp sites have this issue, and then if it does you use the adapter.
