Our unique fermentation process allows Natural Umber to retain the sweet and fruity flavour of apples, and it tastes delicious! Named after its rich colour, and containing Mother of vinegar, Natural Umber was awarded 3 Great Taste stars for its bold and well-rounded flavour, in 2018.
We have been working with apples in the UK and Ireland for over 50 years, with our own orchards making up over 350 acres of cropping apples. Years of passion and perseverance in growing and processing apples have enabled us to create an apple cider vinegar that tastes deliciously different.
Simply add 1-2 tablespoons of Natural Umber to still or sparkling water.
For a warming apple tea, add to hot water.
Alternatively, add to salads, sauces, marinades and more for a delicious apple flavoured kick.
Natural Umber is naturally rich in a complex structure of good bacteria and enzymes, known as Mother, believed to bring many health benefits; including supporting gut health and the immune system. Enjoy daily as part of a healthy and balanced diet.
We use nothing but 100% organic apples to create Natural Umber. It is raw, unfiltered and contains Mother of vinegar.
No added sugar or sweeteners.

A: Have no idea. Sorry.

**Q: Does this have a long shelf life?**
A: Hi Kay, vinegar in itself is a preservative so it has a very long shelf life. We have put a shelf life of one year on this vinegar.

**Q: why is the 'mother'never visible...however long I have had it?Can the seller explain ?**
A: I am not the seller just consumer & all I know is that a tbsp of organic cider vinegar with a small tsp of honey in hot water(I like a hot drink first thing in the morning)seems to help with digestion & other things I am in remission for bowel cancer & now 90 so can’t be doing me any harm.
I try anything that helps . You can always stop if it doesn’t

This is rather different from most ACVs in that it is not sour. However, as it is so dark it is impossible to see the mother at the bottom of the bottle.
