**Q: Will the n10-acc-1 half-press (focus) function work with my d810 camera using back button focus only? or do i need to change my camera focus setup?**
A: Hi Jorge,

I am not sure whether thiz will help you or not, but I have used this cable in different purpose - I have attached PW Plus III on my D810/800 and connect this cable one end at Plus III and another end to the 10 pin port. Now use another PW Plus III to trigger the D810/800 body remotely. I have pressed half way the Test botton of the PW Plus III which I am holding in my hand that will set the focus of the camera and then fully press the Test button to capture the frame.

A: To achieve half press facility you have to use N10-ACC-1 cable which will connect one end to PW Plus III and another end to Nikon 10 pin port on the camera body. Now use another PW Plus III and half press the Test button to set the focus of the camera and then press fully to capture the Image. 
PLUS II and PLUS III can communicate each other if any one attach at Strobe and another on the camera body.

**Q: I’m trying to set up a remote shutter release w canon cameras. is this the correct cable? for mark iv and for 5d sr.**
A: If Canon 5DSR has 10 Pin Remote connector then only it will work.
I have used for my Nikon D800, which has 10 Pin Remote connector, and it worked. 
One Plus-III on the Hotshoe of the Nikon D800, connected to the 10 Pin connector with this cable, 
and another Plus-III on my hand, taking the picture remotely.
I believe this cable for Nikon only, thats why its name is N10-ACC-1 cable.
