The rubber seal was so tightly jammed on I started to wonder if it was glued and the instructions did not give any clues. The red button does not make much difference at all. Eventually I used a jar top opener to slide into the dust cup and tugged! ...and then a screw driver to remove all that it has sucked up (only a very small amount of dog hair/fluff off the sofa). And then clipping the dust container back on again was not easy either. I think the design needs tweaking and am rather disappointed. I wish I had bought another make. I would try to send it back if I had kept the box. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing cordless vacuum cleaner *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 August 2019* Nicely packaged item and appeared well made, sadly very poor suction hence I couldn t recommend. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/120191274-laxstory-handheld-cordless-vacuums-cleaner-120w-6k-pa-strong-rechargeable](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/120191274-laxstory-handheld-cordless-vacuums-cleaner-120w-6k-pa-strong-rechargeable) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
