Within a day though I was on track and using it properly. I like the fact that I am monitoring my sleep which I have sleep apnea. Don't do a lot of walking but I am trying. The best part is my heart rate which I needed to know and my sleep pattern which it tells me. Outside of the oxygen level which it does not tell me I think this product is spectacular ### ⭐ Doesn't work!
