Talk to your dentist, especially if you find a toothpaste which claims to do this. Squigle does not wear on enamel and does not irritate gums. **Q: Does this contain mint?** A: The tube has the word peppermint on it. It didn't have a list of ingredients on the tube and I don't have the box anymore. The flavor is very mild. No overpowering mint flavor. **Q: Should I use the tooth builder or the enamel saver? A xylitol and fluoride combination seems better right?** A: Yes. Fluoride is good to prevent cavities. My dentist is in love with this stuff after I turned him on to it. I've been using it for years and it has greatly helped my lichen planus condition and also, no cavities. If for some reason you don't want, can't handle fluoride, the tooth builder is also good. I use enamel saver twice a day. If I brush a third time I use toot builder. t **Q: Which fluoride does it contain?
