The height is extremely comfortable for people who need this product. Not sure how a 5” seat would work for someone under 5’8” (of course depends how far the top rim of toilet is from floor- be sure to follow company’s measurements).

**Q: Is it Returnable**
A: They refunded my money and did not want the item returned.

**Q: Can I purchase just the replacement bolt?**
A: Yes...you should be able to purchase just the bolt.  But it might be easier if you took the old bolt to a local hardware store.  They may be able to match the tread design and be cheaper than going thru the manufacturer

**Q: Why will the seller not accept the item when requesting to return?**
A: Because they’re cheats and Amazon helps them get away with it. If something hasn’t been used because it couldn’t be installed, there should be no problem accepting it in return. Even aids for getting up from a chair they won’t accept return. This is a racket and we’re the marks. Amazon used to protect their clients. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

**Q: Listing said eligible for return or replacement but when i try to return, it says i can't. still in unopened box. just didn't need it. any recourse?**
A: Nope. Amazon says it’s clearly stated, which it is not. It says it’s returnable but it’s not. Complain to Amazon. Write bad reviews explaining they cheat customers. Contact your state’s consumer protection agency. That’s what I’ve done. And warn as many unsuspecting customers as possible.
