I saw no change in my skin at all, just started noticing I better get back to my normal regimen. I swear by and use in this order 1) Retinol cream, Rx or Roc, 2) Olay Regenerist serum (apply any product when face is slightly dampened with water, picture putting lotion on a dry sponge, then putting it on a damp sponge......it increases absorbency) then I take 3) Synovoderma, I LOVE this supplement, the only Hyaluronic acid capsule that is truly absorbed. Read why on the product page and you will understand the huge difference between these supplements, must be rooster comb and broken down to a certain amount of "daltons" ......measuring unit for it to be utilized by the body. I hope that was somewhat clear, I am no scientist but after 1-2 months my skin was at its best. It is a bit pricey for all three products, but if you do it daily for 2 months you will see undeniable results, may be sooner. I am not profiting off this post at all, just thought I would share what, for me is tried and true. I may try Toki next, not sure yet but I am reading great things. I have been tying to get rid of dark spots after having facial moles removed from the sides of my face and neck and I am truly seeing a difference, however, It is a slow process and you must have patience.
