They are comfortable and can even be stretched out to fit better if they are too small. Can't say anything bad about the rings as they serve their only purpose; protection from thots. Each ring comes with a (non) patented thot protection field. It's as effective as you make it. It's an excellent thot repellant for the happily married man. The camo one is extra hooah for all you other enlisted males that want to wear in your OCP'S to stay freshly matching in your camo. I have others that are glossy and slick and dont cause drag when I run my hand across my desk, table, barbell, etc. Not a huge deal, but it also seems to attract microfibers at times because of the sticky. My wedding ring is a size 10.5, and the fit between the two is the same. According to the instructions with the ring, you can pull on the ring to make it slightly larger. I have not attempted this, but I would venture to guess based on the material this is probably true.I wear the ring when I go to the gym, work with my hands in situations that might result in damage to a ring, or whenever I just want something that isn't too flashy. I have had Qalo rings in the past, but they have not held up to the same rigors as this ring.
