Honestly this brace didnt look like it would help much, but it had great reviews and for many different knee troubles. I ordered 2 to have on both knees and I love these! My left knee needs replaced, grinding, popping, dislocating. My right knee has severe arthritis where its been broken twice and recently I feel causing tears in ACL and MCL and am waiting for surgery date to arrive. These work on both knees and all of the different issues. My knees feel stable, and the braces are very comfortable. I really like how easy it is to adjust, depending on my swelling I can tighten or loosen in less than a minute or so It doesnt say size but I would say they are a large/XL? If you have thinner legs this will be too big for you. I have one leg a bit smaller than the other and the brace tends to slip a little. The other leg is perfectEDIT: March 23, 2020- Just say of 4 Months, Im wearing these dialy. The velcro is almost completely broken down. I have made sure to alternate legs, wear upside down, as well as just wearing shopping to keep velcro working.That's not very long and then I'm having to buy new braces. It's too bad, these really do help decrease swelling, pain and instability.EDIT: April 2021- I've tried similar braces and keep coming back to these. On my 3rd set. The second 2 sets have lasted longer. The first set was"House only" when I got second set. I added/glued a bit of velcro on the brace where the strap goes and it's been great ever since.
