Review: Kunto Elbow Brace Excellent choice - The Kunto elbow brace is excellent and I'm going to prove it to you by quantifying my remarks as much as possible. All about me. I workout and I don't mean shaking marracas around to a Latin "Chicky-Chicky-Boom-Chicky- Boom! I lift weights. I workout Mon, Wed,& Fri in the morning. I haven't missed a workout in over ten+ years. I can easily move 5,000 Lbs in 30 minutes and keep it up for 2 hours. On a good day I can move that figure up to 6000 pounds and I never check my heart rate. As far as my doctor and I can tell, my bod is completely "off warranty." When taking a chemical stress test I finished up at least 10 years or more younger than the years I've lived. I have a few body parts that would rather not be bothered working out. One of them is definitely my left elbow. Lately I can tell sometimes my right elbow is thinking, maybe resigning from the torture club. What am I doing? Elbow position, for me, is critical. 11.27.15 was difficult and painful. 12.04.15 I found the sweet spot and 1.5 of 3 sets were uncomfortable and 1.5 sets were painless. My elbow joint measures 11 5/8 Inches in circumference. I bought 2 Medium braces. The fit perfectly. Kind of like a well applied Ace Bandage without the bulk. I feel I should also point out, when I finished my workout, I removed the braces. My doctor told me a number of years ago, if I wore a brace of any kind after 3 days I would qualify for rehabilitation. Besides, last October, I celebrated the 32nd anniversary of my 50th birthday. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Support Sleeve

This support sleeve works well for my elbow. The entire joint was painful, mostly while working. Following the sizing information, I ordered a Medium. The good: This sleeve is light and fared well in the washing machine and dryer. The support it provides alleviates a lot of the pain. The Bad: While the Kunto Fitness Elbow Brace does work I can't wear it at work. It's a sizing issue/my elbow size. The brace gets uncomfortable and rides up my arm in the bicep area. The brace doesn't feel tight or loose wearing it anywhere else. I think it's specific to how it fits me and my active job. I am going to keep wearing it at home and on my leisure time because it does help.
