What's the point of using fine bone china, rimmed with gold, set on a beautiful fine table only to gently stir your sugar cube into your tea with a regular everyday spoon that you picked up with your fingers? Make your daily cup of tea feel special to remind yourself that you (and your time) are special. Use a nice fine bone china tea cup, pick up your sugar cube with golden tongs, use a golden spoon with a gorgeous rose on it, and always lift your pinky (as long as you aren't in company that knows better - it's not the sophisticated thing to do, after all) because you deserve to be a princess for a few minutes every day. Very nice and sturdy. I wanted gold tongs because my tea set has gold accents. These were very nice and my guests noticed the floral detail. It was scheduled to come in 4 days but came in 2 so that was a terrific surprise. Came just in time for tea! Didn't bother taking a photo as they look JUST like the pictures.
