Thankfully, my company was able to pay the expense per ergonomics.It takes awhile to get used to - I was a bit uncomfortable and sitting odd for probably 2 weeks. Now I am quite comfortable on the chair and prefer it over all others. My wife and chiro have noticed improvements in my posture. I think sitting on the chair must develop some back muscles. I am more aware as to when my back in slouched or in proper sitting and it is now easier to correct my posture.I have had back problems on and off, nothing too serious.
