They weren't cutting the hair, so they would end up grabbing my dog's hair when I pulled the scissors away. I ended up buying a similar, but much less expensive, set of  grooming scissors  and was happier with those. They weren't perfect, but at least I didn't pay an arm & a leg for them. And overall, they worked better than these did. I bought these because of the 440C carbon content, which is supposedly better. Most of the ones with that rating are very expensive, but the set I traded these for were also 440C and were less than $40. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Can’t get the tension right *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 1, 2019* It’s sharp but getting the right tension on the scissors seems a bit challenging. I can’t seem to find the tension that fits me best. My bull thinners don’t work the best. Heavier than my other scissors.
