Alot of testing went into it and troubleshooting went into it... This chip's wifi undoubtably works flawless, beautiful..ect... Bluetooth does work as well... Alot of people using this probably don't realize though, being a doubled up adaptor, it probably won't work in your laptop. Some laptop PCIe cards have a USB built in... kinda hard to explain, and thus most will have a switch of some kind... such as a physical switch or combination of keys on the kb. If your PCIe slot does not support this feature the BLuetooth will not work for you. In some cases there is also an option in the bios to activate this as well. I am using an Intel DH77DF mini itx board. This board does support this feature. When I disable the device via Device manager, I hear the duh dah noise as if a USB device was removed, and when I enable, same deal... I only have 1 issue w/ it... The bluetooth works great, all my devices pair up and work. The only thing that I couldn't get to work is... Much faster. ### ⭐ Buyer Beware *by C***P on January 5, 2013* Unfortunately, many of these chips have problems with Bluetooth - which happened to be the primary reason that I purchased it in the first place. To make matters worse, Intel refuses to support them and/or provide any sort of fix for the problem, stating: "Please note that these network cards are intended to be installed by OEM professional technicians only, Intel does not support the installation or upgrade of the Wifi network cards by end users." ([...]) This is very disappointing and a complete cop-out on Intel's part.
