I had removed the tour pak and the original license plate bracket looked out of place so.... after looking around, this one was nicely priced and fit perfectly. I used the original bolts to mount the bracket to the bike. The package came with nice chrome bolts with stop nuts to mount the license plate to the bracket. It gives a nice lay down profile without having to do any major mods to the bike and the license plate stays above the tail light so the legal lighting of the plate is still ok. I am not sure if I am going to be using the tour pak anytime soon but with the lay down feature, I cant imagine It will matter if tour pak is on or off. The bracket itself is chromed and very sturdy.
