You may have a reverse polarity issue. If you're using an HID kit: Rotate the ballast input (red or black oval) 2-pin connector 180 degrees. Increase the fuses (both in the car fuse box and the relay harness) to 20A. Check all connections. Check the grounds (if the HID kit is installed with the relay wiring harness)
If you have a single beam and low xenon / high halogen headlights: Install a relay harness with load resistors. Disable the DRL and/or automotive lights. Increase the fuse strength both in the car fuse box and the relay harness to 20A.
Check all the connections. Clean them if necessary.
Check the car battery. It should be delivering a minimum of 12V.
If you're using a BI-XENON: Install load resistors
Check all the connections. Clean them if necessary. Check if the bulb or ballast is faulty (i.e. swapping the bulbs to test if it works on other side).
Install a relay harness with load resistors.
-If the product can not work normal within the warrant time, you just need to provide the proof(photo or video), and we will resend new one to you.
-This xenon light is not Canbus(Error Free),after installation, if the xenon lamp is flicker, or error warning encountered in car computer and so on, please connect the xenon light to your car battery by harness wire, so the problem can be solved.
-If you want to use this xenon light kit Compatible for BMW Compatible for Mercedes Compatible for Volkswagen Compatible for Audi Compatible for Skoda Compatible for Porsche Compatible for Kia Compatible for Hyundai Compatible for Land Rover Compatible for Opel or Compatible for Volvo, you may need to add the Canbus decoder for it, or connect it to your car battery by harness wire, otherwise can not work normal, because part of these car models is with Canbus system.

**Q: Does this fit a Mercedes a class? 2017 model**
A: So long as you have H4 YES

**Q: So why does it not work on main beam**
A: They don’t work on main beam to bright on dipped and the over heat and melt

**Q: So why does main beam not work dip is excellent**
A: If it had a "control" cable included there should be two small double pin connectors to link the lights, 
That enables the switch between low and high beam.
So you should have..
2x bulbs
2x ballast
1x control cable.

**Q: Hi it says dual in the listing which I thought would be dipped beam and high am I right or are they just single beam**
