Battery pack died in less than a month, there's absolutely no place to buy a replacement online, and there's no brick and mortar stores that sell replacement battery packs either. Which is really a shame as the drill rival's my dewalt cordless drill, but the battery pack is crap. **Q: Are there any other compatible power tools that use the same battery?** A: I've looked and I haven't found any. This is the worst throwaway drill motor I've ever owned. Thank God I didn't pay much for it. Get a Milwaukee drill. It will be the last one you'll have to buy. **Q: Where do I get a new battery and charger for this? I can't find one anywhere.** A: Comes with battery. I've tried contacting "Neucell", and they don't respond. I've tried contacting "Channel Lock" and they ignore me. NO ONE sells the battery separately, so if you want a battery to charge while you're using one, you better buy two drills.
