I suggest visiting the HTVWorld website and look for “embroidery for heat transfer vinyl” for simple instructions. Of course, I would also suggest using a sample scrap project or two first. There are so many variables. **Q: Will this stay on material that is 81% Rayon/17% Polyester/ 2%Spandex?** A: Yes it should **Q: Does this come with the transfer sheet that you need first ?** A: No sheet transfer, however you don’t need one because when you cutting you are going to do it with the mirror on and you can simply use a parchment paper when you going to apply the heat. **Q: I ordered the black because it said black metallic foil but when it came in it doesnt look metallic at all. After watching the videos at the bottom of this site, I went for it. It was not hard at all. I used a household iron. But I think it’s important to follow the instructions on the video. Mainly, pre-iron area, use correct heat settings, apply pressure while using your iron, and after you peel off the film. Set the design in place with an overall iron with parchment paper. I’ve washed my shirt 3 times, inside out and hung to dry. And it still looks just as great. I was sort of testing it. Because I designed this logo for the Young Men and Women of our ward.
