A: I believe it does

**Q: Is this oil free?**
A: Actually my order came from Germany and directions, etc all all in German which I do not speak or cannot read for that matter.  It does not feel in the least bit oily.

A: Why aren't they answering these questions? I'd like an ingredient list as well!
