I'm 6'2" and have a long torso. Standard trimmers only covered a small area and it would roll over easily when I bent over even slightly. This waist trimmer covers me from my hips up to just under my chest. It is made from quality materials and I haven't had an issue with it rolling over. I don't think I will since the ends are not flimsy like most trimmers. It is easy to put on as well. I would also note that I am 265lbs and it is plenty big enough for me.
