Very helpful for aches and pains. Do not take too much of it in a short timeframe! It's not necessary to do so, and you will absolutely end up with a headache. So it's counterproductive to take too much.Easiest method I found is to use a set of wire cutters and clip it down into smaller pieces. 1 - 2 grams is plenty. Or a couple 1/4" × 1/4" cubes usually does the trick. It's been very helpful.
