Extenders" are a great option when you have an expensive bra (or just one you love) that is a little too snug for comfort and causing heartburn, or band rolling. I encountered that with my Moving Comfort Moving Comfort Women's Maia Bra because the max size is 38 and I am much more comfortable in a 40-42. While on the quest to lose those extra pounds and inches, I need something to help me out in the process and not make me feel so crappy. These are nice quality extenders, very comfortable, economical and they fit perfectly. I would not hesitate to buy another set if I needed them. I bought a cheaper version having never used an extender (my Mom had to tell me that such a thing actually existed) and these are much nicer, more durable and comfortable.
