DO NOT BUY *by E***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 6, 2019* Horrible quality: When I arrived at the airport with this never used before “brand new” luggage, upon checking the larger of the two pieces, when lifting the luggage up 1 foot off the ground, the handle on the side broke completely off. Keep in mind it barely weighed 25 pounds and wasn’t anywhere near the capacity weight. When I checked into the first hotel after arriving at my overseas destination, I noticed the zipper wasn’t closed but I had zippered it shut and locked it; basically the zipper didn’t hold and came apart which is unacceptable even if a suitcase is jam packed full... which mine wasn’t. If you value your belongings and want confidence that your items will arrive safely to your destination, do not buy this product. Only gave 1 star because I am forced to in order to leave a review. I have been a happy Amazon Prime member for many years and this is the FIRST review I have ever left as I am not one to complain usually, but felt maybe I could help someone from making the same mistake I did. We use the carry on the most. We wanted something lightweight, that had excellent wheels that was easy to manuever. We received our suitcases promptly and the beautiful color was as pictured. They are lightweight with handy divider pockets, which is nice. It was a non-stop flight and when I picked it up at luggage claim, it had the dents on it that are pictured.I just recently used it again (for only the second time), on another non-stop flight. The top handle popped off during the trip and while I was loading it into the van to go back to the airport, the side handle also broke. The bag was not overstuffed because it passed the weight test and was able to be checked in.Worst purchase. Please save your money and buy something else.
