I have used them everyday for the last 3 weeks and they work great. No squeaking, very smooth. Nicely made. It came in a high quality box that I continue to use. Also comes with gray drawstring cloth bags, but I like the box so I use it. I clean them after each use with the included polish rag. There is a headband included to pull your hair back and it works great too. The additional Jade product works amazing as well. I can tell a difference in my face. I'm not nearly as puffy in the morning and the rose quartz at night has helped the bags under my eyes. You can seriously feel the energy from each one. It's really extraordinary.You can tell they are real rose quartz and jade by how they feel. Rose Quartz is supposed to be cool to the touch all the time.
