After taking it apart I found 3 screws. The screws belonged in the fan motor, the motor was just sitting there with nothing holding it in place. After reassembly the unit works fine.Update on review.Customer service is top notch. They we concerned about their product and my review. They replaced the first unit with a new one. The second unit was perfect and works as advertised. Would recommend this purifier to anyone. It seems like it wants to turn itself off a lot but aren’t these things made to run constantly on a low setting?
