Sorry to impart bad news. Accuracy is totally unaccaptable, but the inteface is quite good! I returned mine for a refund. Reflective Sp02 readings are not reliable at all. **Q: When it vibrates do you get a notification on your phone?** A: Well, you'll know if the watch vibrates because you can feel it and it and hear it. It is intended to wake you up. I don't think there is any simultaneous message on the phone. I bought it in order to keep an eye on my SpO2 levels whilst asleep as I use a CPAP machine for my sleep apnoea. It was easy to set up and sync with my Android tablet. The presentation of data using the WellOxy Mobile app (from Google Play Store) is impressive. The graphs are detailed, easy to read and provide all the data that I need. There is also a summary of key data. A nice touch is the ability to upload/share the data to cloud storage of your choice.
