They have the flavor of homemade egg noodles and a soft, creamy consistency once cooked. Made with high-quality ingredients, this product really stands out. The price is a bit steep, but worth it for the taste and quality. One of my favorite recipes uses these noodles: 1 pack of this amazing pasta, 1 pound of chicken breast, 8 oz baby bella sliced mushrooms, 2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes, 1 minced onion, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 1/2 cups chicken stock, 1/4 cup heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese to taste, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper. Fry ingredients until light golden, add chicken stock, heavy cream, bring all to a boil, add dry pasta, stir to break up, reduce the heat to a medium-low, cover with lid, let cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally to mix all ingredients, season to taste, add grated Parmesan and finish.
