Pop was what I turned to when my son was diagnosed with insulin resistance. Not quite diabetes Type 2, but almost there, we had to make some major changes. So, we took a diabetes course at our local hospital and they recommended this book. We were able to learn how to use the body's natural programming to reverse his condition and get him in better health, while at the same time improving our own. We've only been using the knowledge for a couple of weeks so far, but we've noticed a significant difference. Better energy, less nauseousness, and weight loss already!
