Mine came with the retention screw maxed out, i.e., really torqued tight in relation to the nut. After inserting my pistol into the holster, it cannot be withdrawn straight up. By fiddling with it I was able to withdraw the pistol by holding one of the belt loops and thus providing a torque on the holster to withdraw. I've tried to loosen the retention screw but haven't been able to keep the screw nut stationary so it just turns without unscrewing the screw/nut. I find that the nut is common to this application. The nut that secures the retention feature does not have a normal slot or hex shape so that a readily available type tool can be used. It requires a special tool that I do not have.As it stands I don't have adequate means of loosing the screw. It's too tight to allow the screw to slide in the slot to change hostler retention. Therefore I've requested a return. In the picture you can see the mar on the screw nut where I attempted to use a conventional screw driver on the other side of holster while attempting to loosen the screw. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Best holster Ive found at this price point *by C***S on Reviewed in the United States on July 31, 2020* Whenever I buy a new pistol, I go on this long arduous journey of trying to find the right holster. I prefer something slim, kydex and one that will allow me to adjust the cant and the tightness. This fits all of my criteria and is very comfortable to wear. This holster fit my Sig Sauer P320 perfectly and even accommodated my optic sight. At this price, I cant find anything better. Its durable, adjustable and comfortable. I wasn't sure if I was going to like the "sweat-guards" but carrying OWB, the one closest to the body provides a nice channel for a t-shirt to ride in, preventing snag/possible ND. I like it so much, I purchased the "Copia" mag carrier (amazon.com/Raven-Concealment-Systems-Universal-Ambedextrous/dp/B06ZXZDGYW/ref=sr_1_7?dchild=1&keywords=Raven+Concealment+Copia&qid=1596856156&sr=8-7).
