I bought the base that can be attached to the scrubber so we would not have to bolt it down and we could move it to other places to be of use and I love it and it works perfectly. **Q: does this brush have the base?** A: Yes, this brush has a base but it has to be purchased seperately and believe me it is worth it! If you don't buy the base, you can attach it to something to secure it in place so it will work properly. I felt it was better to have the base and it is and it works perfectly. Glad I purchased this product, no more mud in my house! **Q: Do you have replacement brushes?** A: I am a customer, not the company, but yes, replacement brushes are available.
