Was a bit skeptical earlier but took a gamble based on the cost. Too my surprise I received a fan that is pretty smooth, no jarr, and real smooth bearings. So far I have not heard any rattle / unpleasant noise. I kept it on for 30 minutes but nothing unexpected. I would say it is a good buy. I will post in another 3/6 months based on my experience.
