The instructions manual is clear and simple.I’ve been wearing it for almost a week now for around 1 hour per day. It’s actually quite comfortable and I don’t really feel I have it on if I keep the correct posture. As soon as I start to slouch, I can feel tension sort of remind me to straighten up again. I’m not using the extra pads/cushions that it came with it to soften the tension around the armpits, as I don’t feel like it’s necessary for me. But they seem quite soft and comfortable if you’d need them.After a week I can feel slight differences in my posture already.
