E Depot Express were very nice to say they would replace if defective or refund and suggested I try it out on another phone. It went through a complete cycle (high efficiency) which is lower water usage, then in the dryer for one or tumbles when I heard the thump and pulled it out.I figured it was finished and took it out of the pouch it came in, opened it up, and set it out to dry. I charged it to full, then attached it to my phone and couldn't believe when it worked perfectly! No damage what so ever.
