This is among the most fly high vis moister wicking work shirts your gonna find. The little collar not only looks cool,and gives a slightly more professional appearance than the T cuts of as similar styles, it also serves a useful function of shading the part of one's neck from the sun, and the opening in the front is a nice option of relief when one is overheated, but can be closed up higher than a non fastening shirt neck when cold or exposed to airborne particles for dirty jobs. I like the option of long sleeves for these reasons as well because you can always roll them up, but they are there in case you need them. As far as sweat, you may feel the sweat on you when wearing this shirt, but somehow no matter how much you sweat, the shirt never appears as though it's soaked in sweat. I have another moister wicking shirt that you feel less sweaty wearing but at a certain point that shirt will begin to show darker wet looking places, this one always looks dry on the outside. It is better than cotton at keeping you cool with evaporating sweat as opposed to just soaking it up until you look and feel like you jumped into a jacuzzi while dressed as most regular clothes will when used for physical labor in the heat. The fishbone vis line pattern is also unique and fashionable, yet still appears authentically utilitarian. My only grievance is I wish they made more like this in different colors.

Bought these for my husband and he was hesitant that they would last.. now he has me buy him these every 6 months. He’s in construction and the guys have even asked where he gets his shirt:)

This is the best Safety class 3 shirt for working Days/nights. Summer/Winter. Its light, Strong, Highly Visible. Looks Excellent!I like the Orange with black instead of the Green one. Because its more clean and don't stain to easy.Negative -Its a little pricey 🙁

Love the shirt. Purchased only 1 since I've tried so many different brands and always have some sort of issue. I will be buying more.First off the shirt is very lightweight and breathable, the zipper front makes it very simple to let some air in if you get overheated which has always been an issue with other shirts for me. The material is comfortable even when you're sweaty unlike some shirts which plaster themselves to your skin this one remains lose and allows some air flow. I chose the long sleeve version because I work with FRP which contains fiberglass which is very uncomfortable to get on your arms and I have no complaints. Very comfortable and attractive shirt.

I'm a 250 pound guy so unfortunately I got wear 2x but I freaking hate it cause they think if yah fat yah gotta have a neck a foot wide .....I flipping hate big necks and lose colors, neck hangs down to my sternum almost 😤I'm not a small guy 6.2

Being that we require hi-vis clothing at work, I bought this to try out. Very comfortable and a better than bulk order shirts from your local print shops. Got a lot of complements and will more than likely be ordering these for the rest of the staff next harvest when we have a lot of lift truck traffic, work in the ag industry receiving and processing fresh produce. Fit was good as well, I'm between a large and XL, depending on brands, I ordered the large and it fit perfect.

If you are looking for warmth look elsewhere. If looking for a comfortable work shirt with long sleeves..... this is it.
