Made of a sponge-like material with soap and shampoo built into it, all you need to do is add water, lather it up, scrub, towel dry and dispose of it. There is no need to rinse. I wasn't sure I liked that aspect of it before trying them out, but it really does work. We've used them for elder care, post surgery and travel care and were never disappointed. They really do suds up a good deal and work for bed baths, washing hair (though we preferred to rinse with water a bit) and personal hygiene. They are unscented and are really convenient when a shower or bath is unavailable.

Extremely easy to use. These cleansers are much better than wipes. The "fabric" is soft and lathers with just a little water. These can be used in so many ways - elder care, after sports, day to evening transitions, in the glove box in the car, beach bag, etc.
