Both are easy to use, and even easier to clean, which is always appreciated. :)My only complaint is that the whisks are a bit too flimsy, and therefore have to be hand-washed. While I don't mind having to hand-wash delicate and fragile items, it's a bit frustrating that these whisks can't be used in my dishwasher for a final cleansing/sanitizing, especially as whisks generally use more raw ingredients, like eggs.Every kitchen is different, though. Perhaps my dishwasher would be too rough while others may be perfect.Overall, I recommend these as a staple for any kitchen, regardless of which level chef or baker you are behind the counter. :)Kudos on the fun color too; I purchased the red whisks.
