Revlon Super Lustrous Matte Lipstick, Audacious Mauve, 0.15 Ounce

This is one of my favorite shades of lipsticks. I didn't really start wearing reds until sometime last summer and I love them now. This feels really nice on my lips and I don't have issues with it getting on my teeth which is great.Anyway, I would definitely recommend this shade if you are into darker reds. I added some photos of it swatched and also while wearing it (with and without a "flash"). The flash is actually a selfie light.

I LOVE this color. It's a shade if it were paint, would be called "Dusty Rose". I can NOT find any other lip color even close to this, in any brand. I used to use a shade of Chanel that was a lavender-ish color similar to this, but they no longer make it!! Darn it all. This Revlon, you put it on and it stays on. It's not waxy, or runny or oily. It's very good, I'm impressed. I've been wearing cosmetics for almost 35 years, and I can tell you I have tried them all and I know cosmetics all from the great kinds to the drugstore brands. I could probably write a book on which products to buy that will save you money .The color displayed in the picture "Primrose" - is more of a nude, natural color than the very pink shown. This is a GREAT product, if I could recommend ONE drugstore cosmetic item, it would be this lipstick. Ive been wearing this color, this brand, in the exact shade/number for almost twenty YEARS. I use this Revlon in Primrose and one very bright color from Chanel, or Bourjois if I run out of Chanel- that's it.

This Revlon super lustrous lipstick (blushing mauve color) replaced a much more expensive department store brand that I usually buy. Excellent lipstick that I happened upon making it my go-to now rather than the other more expensive. They arrived and were put in a very hot mailbox (hate the way Amazon hands-off to the post office and doesn't deliver smaller packages to the door) -- but point being the lipstick remained ok even in the extreme heat.

Can't beat it for the price--it's a nice smooth light coverage lipstick almost more a gloss--was looking for something as an alternative to the Clinique Almost Lipstick I use for more than triple the price by weight. This is a good dupe for me, but I am very fair skinned with auburn hair--your results may vary.

Very lovely lipstick. I am 63 and have to be careful with colors. This would look well on most people. Has a nice shine and is not thick color. More towards sheer without actually looking sheer. Is perfect. Definitely not a matte color which I don't care for anyway. Can't seem to find this particular shade in the stores.

I prefer the Creme shades, which leave vibrant pigmentation, last well, and leave lips feeling moisturized instead of caked in lipstick. They will leave lipstick rings on glasses and such, but won't leave lipcolor looking patchy unless you really lay into some chicken wings or pizza. Rose Velvet and Naughty Plum are my favorite lipstick shades of all time, although I'll admit to owning SEVERAL lipsticks from this collection. I have pale, neutral-to-warm skin and these two shades are perfect. Almost all colors are "too" something for me - too bright, too dark, too orange, too gray, too light - but these are so flattering.

My all time favorite shade out of these lipsticks. It’s so close to my natural lip color that it’s not too overwhelming, but it’s just enough to give you that extra little pop of color that you need. Gorgeous shade! Will DEFINITELY buy again!! You can wear this one with anything! Great application, great wear time.

This one might be my favorite everyday color in this product; it's a brownish rose. Fairly creamy and moisturizing; wears off and I reapply several times over the day. Nice understated elegance in the design of the tube.
