I've been falling asleep at work, in drive thrus, and I have been sleeping my weekends away. No multi-vitamin has worked. 50,000 mg of Vitamin D helped some, but not enough. I took 2 1/2 oz of the Energy and Stress Tonic yesterday at 6am, for the first time, on an empty stomach. Aside for the horrible after taste...I worked all day, without falling asleep. I had so much energy I was up to almost 530 the morning, getting stuff done that had been on my "to do" list forever. LOL I got back up before 9 this morning, without an alarm, not feeling sluggish or anything. I took 2 oz again this morning and I'm up working. I feel like myself again. I can think clearly. I didn't eat hardly any sweets yesterday and I had been nearly pouring sugar down my throat. I had a decent breakfast and dinner, WITHOUT, overeating. I will update this post if I experience any negative changes, but as for now. I am pleased. Just beware of 2 things, the taste and you will smell it in your urine. The Vida Energy Tonic makes a difference in my energy level. The 5 star is only for the Vida Energy and Stress Tonic. There wasn't a difference in taking the Hair Vitamins Hair Regrowth, but honestly, I didn't consume, but for one month, the instructions say to use at least 90 days.
