Review: “Here I’ll send you a return label so we can resell to someone else” - I’m sure this is not reflective of all desertcart products, but this particular seller was awful. Nicole’s compliments summed up in one sentence “Here I’ll send you a return label so we can resell to someone else” This said after the assumption ive not used the product ‘correctly’. If you are interested in an older vcr player as I am (I grew up with them, so I know how to use them ‘correctly’), I’d recommend steering clear of this seller. The first vcr I bought from them worked for about a week, with poor picture quality throughout. Finally the picture began degrading to which I attempted to use a head cleaner which had no effect, and within a day it stopped displaying the visual of vhs tapes altogether, it was a defective component. So I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt as the vcr also appeared to have been dropped in shipping. I returned it and received an email that I had been sent two accidentally so I figured I’d roll with it, it was a bit shady but I don’t mind if it worked. However it did not work. Same issue, everything functioned but would not actually play the video of the vcr. I tried multiple basic things to see if I could troubleshoot and also even just played it for awhile to no avail. When I asked to return this second one, the email chain should adequately show you how I was treated afterward. I suppose I cannot match the intellect of an autistic child despite being a nuclear welder; so cudos to you Nicole, you certainly got great compliments.
