The magnesium is an enzyme activated mineral. The elemental minerals undergo an enzymatic process, whereby the mineral is bound to a whole food protein source. It’s magnesium and its natural form. **Q: I see that others have asked what type of Magnesium is in this product. It's a question that matters -- why won't the manufacturers give an answer??** A: Well, not sure but would think all forms of magnesium because of all of the ingredients. I can't help you because most sources do not list the type of magnesium in the herbs and other ingredients listed. This product is being discontinued and I have no idea why so maybe that is why they did not respond or they don't know.
