Instructions provided do say for professional use only and I am not a professional. So if applied by a professional results would probably be better or even if you have a fried helping would be much easier. Pictures are after clarifying shampoo provided, after application blow dry and flat iron and 3rd day after wash and air dry. Did this treatment mostly because my hair was fried after bleaching/bolayage and very dry, frizzy and tangly. My hair got its life back after this treatment, definitely much less frizzy and more manageable. Used about half the bottle, so will repeat when necessary. Blow drying process was irritating my eyes and nose as I did it all myself, set up a fan and opened a window to ventilate better, overall better than expected ### ⭐ COUNTERFEIT.
